B E A

A local patriot, lover of great cuisine, discoverer of secret places, and less-secret practitioner of tai chai & yoga, Bea is a staunch individualist in the process of writing a book about tourism.
She has been guiding for 7 years, and in her younger years, she worked abroad in the UK, and even on a ship in the USA.
Bea covers a broad range of Hungarian history, art, and architecture. She also offers culinary and tasting tours, focussing on the Great Market Hall, and local restaurants.
Let us encourage you to ask Bea to pair your Budapest experience with a day trip out of town. She can take you to the beautiful riverside town of Szentendre, the ethnographic museum village of Skanzen, the the medieval castle town of Eger, or even out to Balaton, the largest freshwater lake in Europe.
When not guiding, she is busy practicing her Spanish, and going for great Mexican cooking. At weekends, or whenever she gets a chance, she escapes from bustling city life to go walk in the mountains.
As required, private transport can be arranged, and all manner of recommendations for everything from museums, churches, bars, and of course many great restaurants can be made.
