Our resident photography expert in Iceland, Bragi’s work has been displayed in the Harpa Concert Hall alongside artists from across all the Nordic countries. He can transform your experience from one of documentation, to the creation of incredibly beautiful memories to keep forever, no matter your experience or equipment.

A professional photographer for nearly a decade, Bragi offers his services as a landscape and portrait artist and instructor to visitors from all over the world.

Needless to say, he loves photography, and in particular teaching other people to become better photographers.

Part of the magic of this artform is training your eye to understand how to recognise what is visually appealing, and training yourself to get the camera – whether thousands of dollars worth of kit, or an iphone – to give you what you want. Bragi can help you better understand framing, focus, use of light and shadow, exposure and much more, as you can see from some of his images below.

When not working as a photographer, Bragi loves to golf, and plays as often as he can, sporting a thoroughly respectable handicap of 12.3. He also loves fly fishing, but feels as though he doesn’t get to this often enough due to golf typically coming first.
