We wish the very best, and we put a huge amount of ongoing work, care, and due diligence into our Private Members Club called Global Guide Group, and all the guides with whom we connect you. Our founder has met personally, or had a long, in-depth phone call with every single one of them, which is more than virtually any other service, including most VIP travel agents can boast.
BUT: we also have to acknowledge that part of this entire concept is that there are a huge number of people involved, to whom we are not contractually bound, and who provide services well beyond any reasonable ability of ours to monitor or guarantee.
Consequently, there some things which are simply out of our control for one reason or another, and for which we cannot be held legally liable.
So, below you can find our official Terms & Conditions.

1. Introduction
Welcome to Global Guide Group LLC. ("Company," "we," "our," "us").
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website (www.globalguidegroup.com) and any services provided through our platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Overview
Global Guide Group provides an online platform connecting travelers with independent tour guides and experience providers. We do not own, operate, or manage any tour services directly; all tours and experiences are offered by independent third-party providers (guides).

3. User Responsibilities
​
a) Users must be at least 18 years old or have legal parental/guardian consent.
b) Users agree to provide accurate and truthful information when using our platform.
c) Users must comply with all applicable local, state, and international laws while using our services.
d) Users understand that Global Guide Group is not responsible for the conduct of third-party providers.
4. Payment & Refund Policy
a) Payments for your membership are processed securely through third-party payment processors.
b) Cancellation and refund policies for tours or experiences vary by the independent providers (guides). Users must review specific policies (i.e. talk to your guide, ideally in writing) before booking.
c) Global Guide Group is not responsible for any refunds beyond what is stated and offered by individual providers (guides).
5. Limitation of Liability

a) We are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or claim arising from your use of our services or interactions with third-party providers (guides).
b) While we do do our very best due diligence to provide the best guides we can, we do not guarantee the availability, quality, or safety of services provided by third-party guides.
c) In no event shall Global Guide Group, its officers, directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
6. Dispute Resolution

a) USA: Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), with proceedings held in Minesota.
b) Users expressly agree to waive their rights to class-action lawsuits against Global Guide Group.
7. Intellectual Property

a) All content on our platform, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is owned by Global Guide Group or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
b) Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written consent.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
a) We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in the UK and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) in the USA.
b) Users agree to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect personal data.
c) We implement appropriate security measures but do not guarantee that transmissions will be free from third-party interception.
9. Termination of Use
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our platform at our sole discretion if a user violates these Terms or engages in unlawful activity.

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, and naughty technological failures.
